Mix flour and salt/pepper. Coat beef cubes in flour, brown in oil in dutch oven or large pot. Remove from pot, set aside.

Saute oil, garlic, onion, celery in dutch oven.

Add beef broth, potatoes, carrots, and beef. Simmer one hour.

Add mushrooms, green beans. Simmer one hour, or until beef cubes are fork tender.

Mix gravy packet with 1 cup cold water, add to stew to thicken. (If not thick enough, can use some cornstarch/water as well)

Salt and pepper to taste.
