Description: Bring a smile to your face when you walk into the house after a long day and you smell what's cooking! This easy to make recipe is sure to please even the most finicky eaters in your life.
Ingredients:  Makes 6 servings (24 ounces)

Use 1Tbsp olive oil to brown onions in. Add Sriracha sauce during cooking process.

After onions are golden, remove to crock pot, and add pork loin to pan to give a slight brown crust on the outside. Cook for approximetely 10 minutes.

Remove pork and place in crockpot. Sprinkle any fresh herbs or spices, if esired. I tend to uese McCormick's Garlic & Onion mix, since it is salt-free and DELISH.
4)Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4-6 hours.

Set to warm setting and take 1 cup f/f Greek yogurt and mix with 1/2 cup tomatillo sauce.

Begin shredding pork and place inside lettuce leaves. Spread 1Tbsp of spread over top, or use less, if desired.
