Directions:
1
Use 1Tbsp olive oil to brown onions in. Add Sriracha sauce during cooking process.
2
After onions are golden, remove to crock pot, and add pork loin to pan to give a slight brown crust on the outside. Cook for approximetely 10 minutes.
3
Remove pork and place in crockpot. Sprinkle any fresh herbs or spices, if esired. I tend to uese McCormick's Garlic & Onion mix, since it is salt-free and DELISH. 4)Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4-6 hours.
5
Set to warm setting and take 1 cup f/f Greek yogurt and mix with 1/2 cup tomatillo sauce.
6
Begin shredding pork and place inside lettuce leaves. Spread 1Tbsp of spread over top, or use less, if desired.
