Medicine-Ball Backboard Taps

Secondary Muscles Trained:  Gluteus Maximus
Instructions: 
START: Hold a medicine ball at shoulder height and stand with your feet shoulder-width apart.

MOVEMENT: Dip down into a squat, and jump as high as you can while raising the medicine ball above your head and tapping it against a backboard. Land softly and repeat.

From the Experts: If you are not on a basketball court, just tap it against a wall and try to imagine a backboard.
