Directions:  
Cook Shells with salt. Chop Spinach and onion and sautee in butter with salt and pepper. Cook meat until not pink. Heat milk in microwave. Heat milk,butter, and whisk in flour. remove from heat and whisk in pumpkin and shredded cheese. Fill pasta with meat/spinach mixture and place in greased baking dish. Spoon sauce over top. Bake covered for 25 minutes. Let cool for 10 minutes. Decorate with parsley before serving.
