Directions:  
rinse and clean beans
add olive oil to heated pot.
Add onions and sautee until translucent
Add beans and spices and stir until beans are coated with oil and onions
When beans turn bright - add tomato sauce and 1 can of water
Stir to coat
Bring to a boil, then simmer for 30 minutes
