Directions:  
Grease an iron skillet and set it in the cold oven.
Set oven to 425F.

In a large bowl, stir together dry ingredients.
In a medium bowl, melt the butter and then stir in eggs and milk.
Pour wet into dry and stir until smoothly combined.
Pour/scrape into heated skillet.
Bake 20 minutes or until golden brown.
