Directions:  
1 )Remove seeds and peel squash.
2) Cut into 1/4 inch french fry strips.
3) Put on a foil covered cookie sheet.
4) Put eevo, salt, & pepper on fries and toss.
5)Bake in pre-heated 400 degree oven for 30 minutes.
6)Turn fries 3-4 times during baking.
7) Sprinkle cheese on and bake for 2 minutes.
