Clean beef. Trim fat and cut into 1 inch cubes.
Clean vegetables and chop into 1 inch chunks. Finely chop garlic.
In large bowl, combine wine, oil, thyme and garlic. Add beef and vegetables. Toss to coat beef and vegetables with mixture.
Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
Place meat and vegetables on skewers, alternating beef and vegetable.
Grill on medium-high heat for 4 to 6 minutes each side, or until meat is cooked through.
