blessings 2004 I hope you are still on the site I am looking for some one to talk to about my struggle. I am almost a month out from having my surgery and am having the same problem. I am exercising and eating right but cannot break this weight. I am down about 20 lbs since the surgery, and almost 40 since my journey started. I am getting so frustratd that I am ready to stop eating all together. did you break your plateau and if so please let me know how you did it. Help1!!!!

Hi,
I hope you guys are doing well now.
My gastric sleeve surgery is scheduled in coming February and feeling a bit nervous after reading this.
If you guys need some medical advise head to http://www.thesleevecenter.com/ as it was a great help for me too. The stories of other people are quite interesting. :)

discouraged also
|
Its been 18 months since surgery. I am ready to stop eating also. I may go back to just liquids. I might mean I have to really weigh everything. I keep calories below 1500. I don't eat bread, pasta or rice but i have been eating wraps. Probably need to cut that out also. Alcohol intake is less also.
DON'T GIVE UP, KEEP AT IT.
