ABOUT THE PROGRAM

 

The Bariatric Skinny New You! Program will help you continue to lose weight after your initial post-surgery period.  This weight loss program combines the Bariatric Skinny Diet for Living with the Bariatric Skinny Beginner Circuit Training fitness plan to help you create the “New You!”  The program is intended for individuals that are at least two months past their bariatric surgery and have moved on to the permanent, solid-food phase of eating.  You will be provided with detailed and individually customized meal plans that will show you exactly what to eat to reach your weight loss goals.  The fitness plan will help you develop lean muscle that not only slims and tones, but to also helps you burn more fat even when not exercising.

 

THE DIET PLAN

 

The Bariatric Skinny Diet for Living provides you with delicious recommendations for what to eat for each meal and snack that have a total calorie amount specifically customized for your BMR and weight loss goals.  The plan provides you with three meals and two snacks per day and a macronutrient breakdown of 40% carbs, 30% protein and 30% fat.  The first food (or combined foods) in each meal contains ample amounts of protein to ensure that you get enough before you feel full in order to avoid protein deficiency.  The diet also provides you with at least 25 grams of fiber each day.

 

THE FITNESS PLAN

 

The Bariatric Skinny Beginner Circuit Training fitness plan provides four workouts per week that will get you going.  Two of the days you’ll do circuit strength training with light cardio and the other two days you do fat-burning cardio exercises.  This plan will help you develop lean muscle tissue which will increase your metabolism, and it will also help you shed that unwanted fat.  The circuit training consists of machines and dumbbell exercises with generally about 45 seconds of rest between each set.
